This website is a non-commercial school project (Computer Science final project) and serves exclusively to present the SAFTI project.
2. General notes on data processing
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR). This includes, for example, name and email address.
On this website only data that is technically necessary or that you actively submit via the contact form is collected. There is no disclosure to third parties for advertising purposes. No tracking tools, no analytics services and no social media plugins are used.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) for the contact form, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for technically necessary processes such as server logs.
3. Server log data
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may automatically create so-called server logs. These may contain the following data:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Page accessed / file name
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and operating system
This data is stored exclusively to ensure technical operations and is not merged with other data sources. Attribution to a specific person is generally not possible.
4. Contact form
A form is available on the contact page. When you submit it, the following details are processed:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject (optional)
- Message text
The transmission takes place via the external service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). FormSubmit forwards the form data by email to the address stated above. The data is used exclusively to handle your enquiry and is not stored thereafter.
Note: FormSubmit is a US-based service. Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of your voluntary consent by submitting the form. You can alternatively contact us at any time directly by email: perathonermanuel837@gmail.com.
The form contains a hidden honeypot field to protect against automated spam submissions. This field is not filled in by humans and contains no personal data.
5. Instagram link
This website contains links to the Instagram profile @perasafti. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
These links are pure hyperlinks — no plugins, no embedded feeds and no social media buttons are used. By clicking the link you leave this website and are taken directly to Instagram. Only from that point onwards can data be processed by Instagram.
As long as you do not click the link, no data is transferred to Instagram. For more information on data processing by Instagram, please refer to the Instagram Privacy Policy.
6. YouTube video
On the concept page a video is embedded via a YouTube player. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When the page loads, a connection to YouTube's servers is established automatically. Among other things, your IP address may be transmitted. The video starts automatically (muted) and runs in a continuous loop.
YouTube may set cookies through the embedding and record your usage behaviour if you are logged in to a Google account. We have no influence over this data processing by YouTube.
The legal basis for the embedding is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of the project). For more information please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Cookies
This website uses a single technically necessary cookie. It is set as soon as you make a selection in the cookie banner and stores exclusively whether you have already seen the notice. No user profiles are created and no data is transmitted to third parties.

8. Google Fonts
This website loads fonts via Google Fonts (fonts.google.com, provider: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When the page loads, a connection to Google's servers is established, and your IP address may be transmitted.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website). For more information please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
9. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the following rights. You can exercise them at any time by sending an email to perathonermanuel837@gmail.com:

This privacy policy applies to the website for the SAFTI final project. It may be updated if changes are made to the offering or if new legal requirements arise.
